Here's why it's so important. |
Given Paul Forrest's explanations, I need to explain why this footage is so important, and why it's suddenly a focus of attention. The best place to get an overview of the current issue is here:

The BBC are claiming that incredibly they seem to have lost ALL of their own footage from September 11th. Yes, that's right. ALL of it.
I for one think that's an outright lie, give their Data Retention Regulations. Think about it. The single most important event of the decade (if not the century), which went on to cause the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, and the BBC never thought to keep it in their archives?
This footage here at archive.org is a crucial part of documenting the un-altered truth of the day, and I suppose we have to take Paul Forrest at his word... but if that footage never re-appears here, then we will know the truth of it.
I want to believe that us.archive.org has integrity. This is important.

It sounds like a vast conspiracy! I'm consulting the Greys and Reptilians concerning this. Who would have ever thought that the far left BBC and the San Francisco based Archive would be in on this sinister plot.

Yeah. The BBC is as Left-wing as Tony Blair, our "New" Labour prime minister is. (That's sarcasm, by the way, in case you don't recognise it when you see it).
This is the same BBC which forced Director General Greg Dyke to resign following the exposure of the "Sexed-up" Downing Street Memo used as justification to the British Parliament to go to war. The Trustees of the BBC do as they are told.
Saddam Hussein being linked to Al Quaeda, having tons and tons of biological warfare chemicals, the missiles to deliver them and being able to launch a nuclear attack on mainland USA wasn't a cospiracy concocted by two or more people, I suppose?
Oh... and coming from San Francisco doesn't mean that they can't be nobbled in the back-ground. What a ridiculous statement. As I said, time will tell.
Maybe you should put something into that bong of yours and actually smoke it. You might learn something useful.

You seem to be missing your own inferrence here. It was YOU who implied that YOU are a drug-smoker, both by your screen name and that bit in your original reply where you said "Wait though, I have to finish my bong load".
So... are you implying, then, that anyone who dares to question the Establishment, their wrong-doings, their propoganda and their Security Services MUST be on drugs? Is that your point? What IS your point?
Look... I know it's a very cheap and lazy sport to attack other people because they're questioning what may be the emotional bedrock of your personal life, but that's what a democratic conversation sounds like.
